QB Snax ("we", "us") operates the QB Snax mobile application (the
"App") that helps customers find a local ice cream truck and earn loyalty
rewards. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and the
choices you have.
Information we collect
Display name. If you choose to enter a name when
sending the truck a request, we store it on your account so the driver
can greet you.
Approximate location. If you grant location
permission, the App reads your device location locally to
show your position on the map. We do not transmit or store your
location on our servers.
Push notification token. A device-specific token
issued by Expo / Apple / Google so we can send you announcements,
truck arrival pings, and replies to your requests. The token does not
identify you personally.
Loyalty activity. Codes you redeem at the truck
and the resulting points balance.
Voice "scream" recordings. Optional. If you record
one when filing a request, we store the audio with your request so
the driver can play it back. Recordings are deleted when the request
is cleared.
Camera access. Used only to scan QR codes at the
truck. Images are processed on-device and never uploaded.
How we use it
To show truck location and let you request a stop.
To deliver push notifications you opted into.
To award and track loyalty points.
We do not sell your data. We do not run advertising. We do not use
third-party analytics or tracking SDKs.

Data retention & deletion
You can delete all of your data at any time by emailing
QBSnax@gmail.com from the device the
account is on, or by uninstalling the app and asking us to remove your
records. Voice recordings tied to a request are removed when the request
is fulfilled or dismissed.
Children
The App is family-friendly and may be used by children with the
permission of a parent or guardian. We do not knowingly collect more
information from children than what is described above. A parent or
guardian may contact us at any time to delete a child's data.
Changes
If we make material changes to this policy we will update the date at
the top and, where appropriate, notify users in-app.
